It is strongly recommended you are familiar with the concepts in the User Guide for your specific product. 

In addition, make sure you are using the latest software available from the WatchGuard site.  Software installed from the CD provided with your Firebox does not have the strong encryption version you need to configure many options.  So be sure you have downloaded the strong encryption version from the WatchGuard website.

Configuring services are made easy with WatchGuard® products although most product manuals are geared to the technical aspect and not real world situations.  On this site, we try to address common configuration issues in the examples using terms for both the beginner and advanced users.  In general, once you complete a setup for a section, future setups will be far easier for you and you probably won't even need to look at a manual!
